Season 17 aims and aspirations

Boom start

1.) Gain Promotion
2.) Streeter above 500k CSR / find a 17yo trainee
3.) Slythe into U20s and 120k CSR +
4.) Secker into NT by end of season and 270k CSR
5.) Long cup run to compensate for rubbish league
6.) Have an actual XV!

1.)Stay in II
2.) Masters above 250k
3.) Get 2 quality u20 potential players
4.) Get rid of all my 30 yr olds
5.) Get to at least rnd 6 of the cup
6.) Become u20 coach

1. Round 5 of the cup.
2. Another playoff finish in Div 3.
3. Buy another 20-23 year old with 100k csr+
4. Deschand to 85k csr.
5. Loftus to 55k csr.

1. Get promoted
2. Become the new U20 manager
3. Cheung to 105k
4. Elam to 115k

1. get rich
2. WIN everything

1. Top 4 finish in League (both teams - affiliate targeting 2nd)
2. Round 4 of the cup.
3. Level 3s
4. Avoid the temptation to spend and save some cash for some 'biggie' players (for me, that means >50K)

Another consolidation year for me...will take some time before I'm challenging even for 2nd in the League, at least another 2-3 seasons.

1. Finish top of the league and possibly challenge the auto-promote line. Neither close to a cert.
2. Take multiple players north of 100 TDSP.
3. Get really lucky with players promoted from YA.
4. See an understanding prevail as to what save actually means.

I might be being ambitious but im optimistic

1. Make playoffs again
2. 3rd Rnd in the cup
3. Wooders over 50k CSR
4. Scragg/Snow promoted and trained over 35k CSR
5. Find a replacement prop for fossa
6. Have all level 3 trainers and facilities by r16
7. Average 1st XV CSR above 45K (currently 36K)
8. Have 750k in the bank before prize money

1. Try to stop laughing after my new 17 yr old scored in the 78th minute of my final to earn a very surprising league win.
2. Save Quin from himself (correct meaning?)

Performance:
1) Finish in a stronger playoff position

3) Hambleton to 285k CSR, 152 TSP
4) 'Future' XV to average of 100k CSR

6) Break even for the season

Transfers:
7) Find a buyer for Bob Challender
8.) Buy a centre
9) Replace a prop

Housekeeping:
10) Rotate players to cover injuries and energy effectively

Win div 2.
Get Holder to 55k
Get my locking pair to 70k
Have more money next season then I had this season (500k)
Be undefeated in div 2.

1-Survive in Div2
2-Good cup run, R7 at least
3-30k+ pull from my academy
4-Replace some of my older players
5-Get Puscat over 220k
6-Make some money

1. Make playoffs again and improve on 3rd place

5. Update stadium build to suit new attendances

2. Either make playoffs of div 1 or win my div 2 league
3. Get Melsom and Phillips over 100k
4. Pull my new trainee, and get as many cup and leagues into him as my league will allow.

1. Finish 1st or 2nd in Div IV after my abysmal stab at Div lll
2. Darren Lynn to 300K CSR and to start knocking on Wings door
3. Gander to 130K and in the U20 squad
4. Provost to 105K to at least keep the U20 managers interested
5. Round 4 in the cup
6. Get all my YA on 25 stars and start to produce the money train
7. Be half a mil richer before prize money
8. Rotate my squad and use energy levels better

4) get Drakeford to 140k CSR
5) get at least 2 decent replacements for my aging team

2) Get into a positive finance position (ideally without selling all my players)
3) Bracken to 110k CSR
4) Hollis to 270k CSR
5) Find 2 replacements for aging players

1) Stay in Div 3 - may be hard after selling my big players
2) Decent cup run
3) Buy 4 trainees for my long term plan
4) Replace ageing players
5) Pull some decent academy players

1) stay in div IV again
2) sell Fletcher Marolleau and replace with someone better
3) promote and train a new prop/hooker
4) collect some more moneys
5) improve facilities

1) Stay in Div IV now that I didn't relegate.
2) Sell my decent U20 prospects in order to pay for the move to senior L4.
3) Get my 1st XV average up to 40k CSR (currently 32,366).
4) Save stars ready for some U20 pulls next season.
5) Get as far as possible in the cup in order to raise the pennies.

5) My affiliate team to come 2nd in the league

1) Be more active on here, not been on much for the last couple of seasons and want that to change
2) Rebuild team, too many +30's
3) Try and stay in div 2
4) Keep training Boldin and Priest for the U20's
5) Have some money by the end of the season!
