Season 20 - Aims and Aspirations

1. Retain the league title and auto promote
   
2. Open lvl 3 academy and hire lvl 3 academy coach
   
3. Advertise for a level 3 kicking trainer
   
4. Scout a prop of 188cm 125kg+ psychotic flawless (30k CSR on promotion from the YA)
   
5. Scout another prop to sell, preferably 185cm 140kg+ psychotic flawless (40k CSR on promotion from the YA)
   
6. If 1 is met then buy a new prop and a fb/winger

1. Win the league
2. Get lucky with the cup draw and make R5 again
3. Take losses before match and sale revenues below $1,400,000 for the season
4. Scout two forwards
5. Train Stibor (the prop) to 80K CSR, train Monty (the fullback) to 90K CSR

7. Don't go bankrupt

1. Go undefeated in div 3. If I decide to promote, promote.

3. Take Bednar to 150k csr and 4 skills at 15, 2 at 14 and 2 at 13.
4. Get a new trainee for 3 seasons training (maybe less).
5. Take Edwards to 65k csr.

1. Continue to lower the average age of the squad
2. Try to get both trainees into their u20 sides
3. Stay in a good financial position
4. Survive my div III

1. Win the U20 WC
2. Finish 3rd or above in my league
3. Beat Bas!!
4. Hit CSR targets for my trainees

1) Match the third place that I got in my division last season with my main side.
2) Match my cup performance last year (5th round).
3) Be ready to upgrade to level 5 facilities and coaches by the end of the season (financially and in terms of timing - being past level 4 coaches etc).
4) Have a crack at an U20 player pull this season, to promote at the beginning of next.
5) Pull 5 60k+ CSR players during the course of the season (I have that many 19 year olds that have to come out).
6) Get affiliate 1 ready for being a strong developer of youth from academy.
7) Get affiliate 2 ready to train U20 candidates by the end of the season.

Going to be tough to keep to these goals with limited internet access, here we go nevertheless:

Training
1.) Hambleton to 400k CSR/167 Total skill points (Currently 368/159)
2.) Centres averaging 125k CSR (Currently 116)

Recruitment
3.) 10 new youths, all eligible for U20 S24 WC. At least one worth training.
4.) A new & quality front row player

Sales
5.) Try to make 4-600k on promoted youth sales
6.) Make better use of the TM to allow more purchases

Performance
7.) Playoff final - no excuses.
8.) Cup round 6, by ranking that is the minimum I should achieve
9.) No sloppy defeats in the league/ Home fortress
10.) Rotate players well to make good use of excess energy (No monday friendlies)

All achievable. An achievement rate of less than 70% is unacceptable, internet coverage or not...

As a Team

1) Make the playoffs.
2) Reach at least round 6 of the cup.

Players

3) Get Flash as close to 200k CSR as possible.
4) Get Saint to 175k.
5) Get Redding to 450k CSR and 160 TDSP, currently at 404k CSR and 154 TDSP.

Scouting
6) Scout a front row player, second row player and a back. (Maybe 2 more players as well)

Recruitment
7) Try and replace a couple of oldies.

A bit late but:

1) Win the league and get promoted.
2) Round 6 of the cup
3) Zidek and Dattola to both over 100k csr
4) Entire starting 15 to over 100k
5) 2mil in the bank at the end of the season, or a new 7.

1. Failed (silly results at the end ruined the hopeful autopromote). Still hope to win the pool.
2. Failed, round 3, changes to the setup meaning no easy bot run, and then a killer pairing.
3. Done (well almost), 150k, 3 at 15 with at least one likely to pop still, just in time. If one does pop, the other criteria are met
4. Done, not sure it was the best I could have got, but not bad.
5. 62,635, with one week of training (1600 csr = 64200) maybe, just maybe igt will do it?
