Season 16 aims and aspirations

You guys know what to do.

1. Try and survive in Div lll
2. 4th Rnd in the cup
3. Enjoy the Clubs Cup
4. Darren Lynn to 260kCSR, Jeffery Gander to 80kCSR, Gareth Provost to 63kCSR
5. Break even without prize money (as I wont have any next season!)

Well, after a relatively successful season in S15, this year will be all about consolidation and building a foundation.

1. Open my stadium expansion.
2. Break even on a 2 week basis after match revenue.
3. Increase my YA capability by hiring a L3 coach and a temporary L2 manager.
4. Promote at least one decent lock to train (Bowler/Adams)
5. Scout an U20 potential ready to sell at start of S17 for a cash windfall!
6. Hope and pray for a decent division so I don't bounce straight back to Div V.
7. Keep training Edwards, hopefully up to 65k.

1. Try and survive in Div IV
2. 3rd Rnd in the cup
3. Train at least 3 players over 40k CSR
4. Make money week to week
5. Find a decent prop to train
6. Have all level 3 trainers and facilities by r16
7. Average 1st XV CSR above 35K (currently 26K)

Get my Top 15 csr to 90k
Get Tyson to 100k+
Roland Newsham to 60k
Either win Div 2 or Stay in Div 1
Get farther in the cup
Resist urge to spend money.
Have at least 1 mil in the bank
Streamline training process.

1. Win Div and get promotion to Div IV after a disappointing playoff defeat this season.
2. Find a decent young prop with 20K+
3. Train, train and train. My lvl 2 training facility will be completed later today.
4. Resit the urge to buy any more players (other than a prop).

3. Stanton to 150k
4. Daines to 170k
5. Keep 1m+ in the bank

Not expecting too much from this season, all depends on what league I get put into I guess.

7. Top 15 average CSR to 40k (currently 33k)
8. Get two players to at least 100 TSP.

Just promoted to Div IV in my first season so consolidation and continued learning is my overall goal.

1. Survive in Div IV
2. Upgrade to level 2s and level 2 trainers
3. Save for level 3s and a stadium expansion should I remain in Div IV - no wasting money in the TM.
4. Learn and learn some more.

1. Around $150K in the back at present, aim to end the season with a lot more. Unless I think of something really good to spend the money on, or just fancy spending it on any old crap.

2. Caye to 50k Well on his way, currently 48.4k, gaining over 1k every week in training
3. Bring in my young number 8 to complete my youthful back row! Done
4. First XV average CSR over 35k - (currently around 28k) Currently at around 33k... Could be done
5. Stadium upgrade Yep, just purchased this week
6. Don't waste money on the TM - make a profit from the TM if possible
7. Bring through at least 2 good youth prospects from the youth squad Not looking likely!

I know! I went and looked for him after seeing that. 10 players at 130kg or higher!!!

1) Top Division Three
2) Do well enough to gain auto promotion
3) Get Regan Nikau to 80k before he turns 19
4) Get Weldon Spencer to 40k before he turns 18
5) Get Albert Peigne to 150k before Carl Adam turns 17
6) Get Carl Adam to 35k before the end of the season
7) Play cup games WNWIM. The cup run not only made me miss out on 1st last season, I didn't even make the play-offs!

1. Win the U20s WC.
2. R5 of the cup.
3. Lose all my IGTWCC games.
4. Win one of my last league games.
5. Get myself into a position that when I demote, I can recover contentment quickly (hence the previous 2).
6. Seymour, Spendlove, Dickson and Grant all over 100k csr.
7. Deschand to 60k csr.
8. Win the U20s WC.

Generally, not be a monumental embarassment.

1. Stay in Div 4 (managed 4th last year, with an average team CSR of 20k and no-one over 29)
2. Hope and pray to most deities that trainng three young backs pays dividends.
3. Somehow spank some of the newly-promoted teams, with all of which spending vast wedges of coin on vastly-superior players to mine.
4. Remain moderately satisfied/smug with my over-achievement.
5. Get enough coin together, so that I don't have a 30 year old, 13k player starting in the backline all year. Again.

1. Finally, make playoffs in Div IV
2. 3rd round of the cup
3. Take the Bear and WD40 to 45k
4. Get Morante to 60k
5. Buy a couple of props

A few aims..

1. Win my league,and see if i can auto-promote, if not its not the end of the world.
2. Get to rd3 or 4 of the cup at least!!
