the difference between lev4 and 5 facilities.
I have lev 4 training facilities, and was wondering if their is a big difference between lev4 and lev5? Is it worth investing in?

Is there a formula or table that shows how much each level/trainer changes the improvement in player development?

Its more about being able to continue developing the skills as they get higher only lvl 5's will train to Godly etc.
I cant give you any figures but I can definately say lvl 5's make a hell of a difference on the U20 scene for training younger guys (with lower skills)

I'm just trudging my way through the lv 2's and 3's at the moment - just wish it didn't take so long to upgrade everything!

Keep at it upgrading your facilities asap is very important you can have a rest once you get to lvl 4's. Make sure when you upgrade you have enough money to open the new lvl of facility as well as hire all the new lvl trainers you plan to get, there is no point having lvl 4 facilties but still only lvl 3 trainers you are just wasting money on wages if you do that.

It is commonly thought that Legendary is the highest lvl a skill can reach with lvl 4 facilities.

is the pace at which players reach this greatly increased by having lev5

I would say so but that's just my own speculation

This is the first time I have trained players from 17yrs on L5's and they are improving quicker than my previous trainees did on L4's.
Harmsy do L4's really train that high? I thought it was around the 17/18 region.

I couldn't say for certain Radiohead but I think it is a widely accepted theory.
Obviously on lvl 5's you will get there a lot quicker and I think although its achievable with lvl 4's it will just take so long that it would be a bit of a waste to try training that high with 4's.

Re: the difference between lev4 and 5 facilities.
The common theory is as follows:
L1 - Amazing
L2 - Superior
L3 - Monumental
L4 - Legendary
L5 - Godly
But ALL levels take a long time to reach their top 3 or so. i.e. L1 will slow down hugely after impressive, where a L5 will still train quite quickly. I could do some stuff with curves on graphs but it would be purely speculative so i cant be bothered.

Wish I'd traded up sooner. Mine facilities arrive next week, though the coaches are a few weeks behind.

Re: the difference between lev4 and 5 facilities.
Iv now had lev 5 facilities for a few weeks and have noticed a increase in csr increase, in addition players are popping more regularly and more players are popping in attributes which are already high.
I think it is worth it to get lev 5 facilities but u need to calculate weather at the end of the season weather u will be making money after getting them as the extra 40k in Maintenance does hit u in the pocket bit time. hope this helps
