Training Facilities

Hi all,

I was just wondering, does a higher level facility improve the effectiveness of coaches that are below that level?
i.e. if a coach was level 3, but the training facility was level 4, would it improve the coaches abilities? I realise he wouldn't transform into a level 4 coach, but perhaps slightly better than he would of been?

I know that a lower level facility will hamper a higher level coach, but I was just curious if the opposite was true also.

Nope the only benefit you would receive would be the extra few sessions.

I think the idea is that you can begin construction on the next level facilities but to save money, don't open it until you are ready to employ the same level coach and trainer.
