is IGT from a match against a BOT worth more than youth training?

i.e. should I promote a youth before the cup match or wait until after youth training?

I think at any level of YA training the skills gain would be more from YA team training, if it were lvl 3 YA training it wouldn't even be close. However the cup also affords exp gains, if perhaps not a lot on wnwim, and too it protecs another senior squad member from a hit to energy or perm injury.

Lvl 3 YA training would actually provide more skills than you'd get from IGT Vs a Div 1 side, unless your player is basically maxed out at YA level. It's a long time since I had lvl 2 YA training, and I didn't keep any records as it was just a stepping stone to lvl 3s
