A couple more silly questions

Hello again chaps.

Completed my first season, won the division and then got pounded in the playoff game. I have poured all my money into new coaches and facilities.

I have a couple of questions. My training ground wil be level 3 but my coaches mostly (in fact at the moment all) level 2. Is there any benefit from the ground or does the ground just allow the higher level of coaches to be better?

Secondly, does playing friendlies improve your team at all?
