What Position for this 16 * YA Player TSP 75

Have a Player in my YA, TSP 75 what position should i play him, he's been at wing since he came into my YA as that is what he replaced but looking at his stats etc...i'm thinking more Flanker, i was hoping he would come into my XV back line as short on Backs. But what do you think?
