welcome to the offsite barbarians.

Since this is the "offstite barbarians" it is not strictly exclusive to english clubs, Active foreign managers may submit players.

selection criteria is as follows:
Agressive or psychotic players
controlled+ discipline
satisfactory+ leadership
Satisfactory+ experience

Please submit applications Via BR mail if you have players who meet 2 out of these 4 criteria, i will initially select a match Day 22.

In the event that 2 players are competing for a position it will go down to who is the most agressive, if this is the same it will be the most disciplined ,thirdly it will go down to leadership and lastly experience.
If all 4 are a match then i will use height,weight and then possibly stats if managers are willing to share.

This is a working progress so if you have any ideas on how this idea can be improved dont hesitate to express them.
