after i've played games, most of my team ratings at 4.5 plus, but my ruck rating is staying at 3, and isnt improving.

Any ideas?

You can improve it by training speed and technique in your forwards, or just technique in your backs. Obviously forwards do more work in rucks, so it is better to concentrate on them.

You can also change you aggression settings in your tactics, though this runs the risk of more penalties if you increase it.
