just wandering if any of you have any idea, if a player doesn't play in a day, how much energy roughly would they gain back? is it linked too how much stamina they have?

and if you are gonna play LTNT, what is the minimum energy level you'd allow your players to have when playing at this intensity?
just wandering for a semi-final i have tomorrow. thanks

energy recovery depends on stamina mate,

on low stamina levels around the 10 mark expect 3% a day.

i would play tnt on 20% energy if my opponent only had 10% energy.

it does depend on your opposition.

this is a semi final though so you will need to play TNT regardless and hope for the best and do the same in the final.

Energy recovery isn't related to stamina levels. It is the same for everyone, energy loss is related to stamina levels though.

Recovery increases the lower the energy level is. 105-110% goes up 1-2% a day, 60% or so goes up 6% or something each day.

TNT everything in playoffs.

I don't believe injuries carry over, but could be wrong. There's such a long time anyway that it's unlikely.

Injuries can carry over AFAIK, I'm pretty sure I've started the season with one before. But the player will only ever miss the first monday or outside chance of missing the round 1 cup game.

Raggs is right I'm afraid wing - well, almost. Energy recovery is based on 2 things - Age and current energy. I had Dedman (18 y/o) on 8 energy, overnight he went to 17. Another 18 y/o in my squad went from 102-104.

Stamina affects energy loss from both matches and training. Energy loss is also what is reduced in the playoffs, so you stand in much better stead going into the playoffs on good energy, rather than smashing everyone to try and secure HGA.

aye mate but i just mean the more stamina they have the more energy you have after games and then lower ones cant catch up tbh.

from keeping a close aye on U20 energy increases range between certain amounts, on 90 they may get 4 one day and
5-6 the next so i thought stamina maybe had some baring on that too

Here's one to test the age theory as well, I've got a 21 year old on 16, and dedman on 17 today (Friday) I'll try and have a look saturday morning and see what the change is.
