is a left handed loosehead more effective than a right handed loosehead?

i can't see any other reason for the game to specify their dexterity

I've toyed with left footed wingers but to no real avail, I think it's like Jonny says, no real effect at the moment. It might do when the new match engine comes in at the turn of the century Wink
