Anyone ever had a worse result?

Pretty sure I've never played in a game with a score that big, I think something like 150-160 is the worst I've played in (a game we won but was still truly boring)

Not sure at the moment if I've ever lost by 100+, certainly been on the end of something like a 96-0 (and we were lucky to get nil)

I think we knew their was a gulf, and when we rocked up in our crappy team coach and could see their sponsored 1st XV cars in the car park that was just the start of proving it

We turned up to what we thought was their 3rd XV, turns out their 2nd XV game had been cancelled and they loaded their team full of players that were destroying the league above us

I was quite happy that we kept our opponents to 60 something when they played their 2nds instead of their 4ths to steal the league. Talk about not being in the spirit of the game...

Re: Anyone ever had a worse result?
There used to be a another variant to that, one which has declined, whereby players who were part of their national set up might not play 1st XV for the club or uni team as they were so often away. So you'd turn up to play a 2nd XV thinking you might be okay and then realise you were playing national team players.
