Pop Time from 18 to 19
Quick question, having never trained past 18 before was wondering how long it takes roughly to train the above on a single and double sessions at around 21-23yo?

Double sessions, with some league and some cup games playing flyhalf, hambleton got kicking from 18-19 in 22 weeks, Dedman playing slightly more games at fullback managed it in 20. He was also about a season and a half younger during the transition.
Hope that helps some
