Season 17 aims and aspirations

Well...that's the cup run aim blown out of the water...Div III side about to give me a kicking!

4. Pull my new trainee, and get as many cup and leagues into him as my league will allow. Got him. Not as good as I wanted but he's a big lad. Played 8 league and 4 cup games, happy with that.

All in all pretty Shimmy season, thought I could play my trainees and still be competitive but that wasn't the case.

Overall, relatively happy with the season so far. Even managed round 7 of the cup somehow!

1. Currently above the auto-promote line, though I can't stress enough this has little to do with me. Still need to win play-offs, confident of such but not a cert.

4. This has been a huge failure. Frankly I'm expecting to wake up with a lasagne in the bed.

Training:
3) Hambleton to 285k CSR, 152 TSP over-ambitious, 270 and 146 with 2 weeks to go
4) 'Future' XV to average of 100k CSR yep 101,302
5) " " " minimum of 50k CSR all but the one 17 y/o prop, not a bad effort

Financial:
6) Break even for the season excluding the purchase of Ben Hucker, pretty much nailed that one

Transfers:
7) Find a buyer for Bob Challender well, he went, but for a rather unsatisfactory 20k
8.) Buy a centre Promoted one and bought a lock instead
9) Replace a prop Promoted one

Housekeeping:
10) Rotate players to cover injuries and energy effectively no one's dying, but a few are unused - B+

1. get rich
2. WIN everything

main club sitting on 12.5 and spent 900k on stadium and got an international prop.... currently making 75K a week

affiliates sitting on about 1.3 million

1- Achieved. Managed to sober myself up by TNTing the first two friendlies of the season by mistake.

I'd quite forgotten your worthy aim. And I fear I haven't done all I could to deliver a positive outcome

I forgot to do this, but I know what my aims where so here goes:

1.Avoid relegation in my first season in Div IV. Done, finished 3rd, will probably finish 4th after the playoffs.
2. Get rid of standing. Done.
3. Get starting 15 to average of 30k. Done, have 16 players over 30k.
4. Get someone to 40k. Not quite. Will be short by a couple of hundred.
5. Stay in the black. Done.
6. Improve training. Done, have a few level 2 trainers, a fully developed youth academy and lvl 3 youth coach will join on 1st March.

1-I came 3rd in league, probably 4th in play offs. The 3 bots in the league helped.
2-KO R6.

4-Managed to get rid of 3, so not to bad.
5-If he gets the same CSR increase in R16 as R15 he will have 219,956
6-As usual didn't make much but I'm still in the black.

Princess Diana formerly known as Holder is on target to hit 55k if no form drop happens.
Prospero is hitting 86k so thats a pass but my other lock (that will probably be put into 6) is only at 79k so it's a sorta pass.
Getting into the finals is sorta up in the air for tonight. Never actually played TNT against this team should be interesting.
Will get to 500k provided I can get second place so another sorta up in the air pass.

1) First in I.1
2) Won the Cup
3) Third in BRIC
4) only 128k with a week to go... but on limitedf form, so about right
5) St Seine and Hugh have done great but now 3 first teamers losing CSR, so work to be done
