6.) MAKE PROFIT over the season. New stadium should help this
7.) 1st XV (trainees aside) all over 200k.....
8.) Get a side to play attacking rugby.

Not sure how many of these will happen and I am pretty crap at predicting CSR growth

Just been promoted to Div II, slimmed my squad down to the youngsters, all about IGT and experience this season.

Performance
1. Win at least 2 league matches
2. Round 6 of the cup
3. (tough) Avoid auto-relegation
4. Use friendlies to gain ranking points (started 68 )

Training
5. Hambleton to 350k, 162tsp
6. Sucksmith to 100k, 120tsp
7. First XV average CSR to 135k, average experience to 5.2

Financial
8. Make at least 1.2 mil on transfers
9. Make a financial gain for the season
10. Go into season 20 with under 350,000/w on player salaries

Affiliate
The homegrown plan is ready to go, so a simple list of objectives:

1. Promote Veto Gerchunoff and train to 60k CSR, 83 Total skill points - also rename to Carlos Santana
2. Promote Camareri and train to 70k, 87 Total skill points , 13 kicking
3. Promote Guinazu and train to 70k, 87 Total skill points , deadly openside awesomeness
4. Get a solid 22 together using the academy players
5. Stay up!

1. Win my League
2. Reach Round 5 of the Cup
3. Have all coaches at L4
4. Have L4 training facilities
5. Get Hahn to 43K csr
6. Get Delai to 30K csr
7. Improve my stadium to be making 150k profit per game

for my affiliate in England I'd like to nab 6th or higher to have a chance of staying in div 4. Want to be able to support a L3 facility by the end of the season. In long term want to be able to train u20s by the next cycle.

2. Win Mouatt Cup
3. Play Thunder and Illegitimate Love Child in all IGT games. Resist 3 netting skills on either of them.
4. Transition Thunder onto a long-term 1 net all skills regime.
5. A CC victory!

2. An agressive 6th round in the cup
3. Pretty to 140K CSR
4. Jones/ Other trainee to 45/50k CSR
5. Sam to 320k CSR and called up to the NT squad.

2. Not go broke
3. get Dan to 160K CSR (and get him into u20 as DNAT)
4. get shanks to 360K CSR
5. get new trainee in place from YA
6. Make another Div 3 Final (and get closer to winning)

Bugger, its week 2 of the season and i have already not acheived one of my goals  

1.  Get to Div III final and win
2. Stay in the black & benefit from stadium expansion
3. Hollis to 350k CSR
4. McKellar into U20's  Following discussion with Quick, no longer an aim
5. Make Round 5 of the cup
6. Replace 1 of the oldies in my pack

Season 19 aspirations:

1. Get five players to 50k CSR or plus (currently one)
2. Get level 3 coaches across the board.
3. Make top 4 in the league
4. Improve 50% of match stats by one star.

Stay in Div 4.

Not go bankrupt!

Half way update

1. Am currently top of my league, without even dropping a point

2. Got knocked out in round 4 to a good div 3 side

3. All coaches are now level 4

4. Currently waiting for my level 4 facility to finish

5. Hahn is already at 43k csr so now aiming for 50k csr

6. Delai coming along nicely at 27k, now aiming for 33k csr

7. Stadium currently makes 124k per game so I'm getting there!

2. Just and only just, was very close towards the end of the season
3. No, dropping form so will be about 140K (but still in with a chance of u20s)
4. Yep, gaining form so could get close to 370K
