Triple Sessions

Not used the above before, any experience with them? Is there enough of a boost from a double session to make it worthwhile?

it depends on the player mate and the goals you want to reach with him.

i triple netted tech and got 14 pops in 4 seasons so its good but i could have used that 3rd net elsewhere had i not used it on tech , in the 4th season i did reduce it down to 2 nets and focus on stamina though.

As wing said, depends on the needs. Think about the level you want to reach, and the timeframe you're willing to spare.

In terms of efficiency, it doesn't seem as bad as many have believed.

It's Allanson, with his lack of strength and tech I can't see anywhere for him but the wing so was thinking triple speed to get that 'up to speed' so to speak.

Probably 3 x speed, rotate 5 sessions aroun attack, agility & hands and 1 x stamina & defence.

you could go with 1 stam 1 defence 3 speed 2 agil 1 hands 2 attack

once speed hits 13 or even 12 you should be safe to drop it down to 2 nets and double up on hands mate

To get Dedman's kicking to monumental for the WC I had to triple net it for a season, as well as TT.
