technique importance
where is it most important my players have good technique? if my 10 has rubbish tekkers will he be undermining the game plan? thanks

Back row, then front row, then locks, then centres, then 9 then 10. Some would put 9 ahead of centres.
But good technique isn't going to hurt any player. Really the more they stand a chance of being involved in forward plays, and the more they have a chance to turnover ball (either way) at a ruck/maul the more important to each role.
