Re: Training plan
What would you like him to be, how long do you plan to train him, will coaching be staying at lvl 3, and if upgrading to lvl 4 in what time period?
Ah, also, what training nets are available, and what is TT likely to be?

Re: Training plan
I don't mind there being nets on speed and agility, but at most I'd have those at 1x each. Then have 1x tech and 1x def too. There would also be a good case to take off the 1x spd and move that to attack, or to rotate back and forth for each pop.

Re: Training plan
Just one further point, if they're still training on lvl 3s when they hit skills at 14 it's probably worth dropping handling/jumping back to just 1 net.
The lineout is massive for locks, but training above 14 with lvl 3s is a bit of a mission.
