Re: Training help please
Whilst I'm here, should I be leaving guys in my youth squad for a while longer or is it best to promote to the full squad?

Re: Training help please
YA first. If you're planning to put players on individual nets then the earlier you promote and start that training the better. If you need the player in your 1st XV you should promote. If the player isn't getting TT in the YA, or perhaps only at level 1 compared to the seniors level 3,and you feel the player will be part of your senior squad for some time but will only ever receive TT and IGT then promote. Else leave in the YA.
Players next, and this isn't the most informed answer. It'd help to know what sort of trainers you have, how many sessions free of each type and what you TT?
Nuoto (scrum haf)
1x stamina, 2 x hands, 1 x atk or def, 1 x agility, 2 x speed - if you've a bias for defence opt for that net if a bias for attack then that
Ennis (hooker, cover prop)
1x stamina, 2 x hands, 1 x def, 1 x strength, 2 x tech - depending on TT you may at some point wish to swap the 2nd tech net onto defence
Boley (wing)
1x stamina, 1 x hands, 1 x attack, 1 x defence, 1 x speed, 1 x agility - the attack net can be taken off after perhaps 2 pops and rotated between speed and agillity or if you really are a manager who looks to their defence then double net defence instead.

Re: Training help please
I might also be inclined to put 10 nets on both Nuoto and Ennis, and not worry so much about training the third player for now

Re: Training help please
To come back to this
I am TT - Handling, Defence, Strength and Speed
I have 20 sessions free with the following coaches available -
Attack - Level 5 x 1, Level 4 x 6
Defence - Level 5 x 2, Level 4 x 6
Fitness - Level 4 x 5
Kicking - Level 3 x 6
I could probably do with training all 3 to try and start to build a bit of a team
Thanks

Re: Training help please
Well I've had my team for about 2 years but I've never really played, just built up my facilities and coaches. I'm more of a Battrick man but if I can get these guys into training and build the base of a side I might get more into this
