Is he in the right position?
13. Franjo "Frank" Vranješ
19 y/o (R2, D5) | 46,301 CSR (+1,198) | $7,929 p.w. | 193cm | 95kg | Croatia
Right handed, right footed, in satisfactory form .
A collected player with collected discipline, decent leadership, and horrible experience.
Energy: Sprightly 60%
Stamina: Impressive Handling: Princely
Attack: Impressive Defense: Impressive
Technique: Decent Strength: Decent
Jumping: Limited Speed: Reputable
Agility: Decent Kicking: Decent
This is my star player and I'm playing him at 13 where he usually gets a green arrow and tick. The U20 manager playes him at 9 where he also gets this, probably due to his handling. Is he too light for 13?
Do people think he is best placed at 13 or 9 or even somewhere else? He has a really even spread of skills so just want to make sure I'm utilising him properly.

I don't think he is too light for 13. I'd probably play him at 12 due to his weight and strength.
edit: and he will see more of the ball at 12, which is always good for your star man.

in my humble and not-so-expert opinion, its relative to your other players. if you have another decent 9 but not very good centers than he is a good center, and likewise for 9. however if you have decent players to fill both roles, i reckon he'd be better used as a 9 because of his handling

Re: Is he in the right position?
looks like a great 12 to me, not too light for 13 either and very nice skills for a 9! think its going to come down to where you need him.
Personally i wouldnt have him at 9 as i dont think the Match Engine uses the 9 properly and his speed/agi would be wasted there. i would try him at 12 and see how he does.

Re: Is he in the right position?
Thanks for the help guys, I'm quite happy with my 9:
9. Chris Biddick
19 y/o (R11, D1) | 33,686 CSR (+470) | $7,459 p.w. | 181cm | 87kg | United States
Right handed, right footed, in average form .
An aggressive player with controlled discipline, moderate leadership, and despicable experience.
Energy: Sprightly 68% Stamina: Admirable Handling: Impressive
Attack: Admirable Defense: Decent
Technique: Decent Strength: Average
Jumping: Average Speed: Reputable
Agility: Reputable Kicking: Reputable
So want to keep him at centre if possible.
Just for info, I know the differences between 12&13 in REAL life but how does the engine differentiate between the 2?

I'd Try him at full back.. he's got good height, and good kicking. so clearing your lines and catching upand unders he's your man.. plus he has good leadership in organising the defence. hope this helps.
